Anthony, whose last known place of residence is 587 Hyatt Avenue, Campbell, Ohio, 44405, will take notice that on the 20th day of November, 2006, Liberty Savings Bank, FSB, filed its Complaint in Case Number 06CV 4481, in the Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, alleging that the defendant(s), Nora Anthony, aka Nora K. Anthony and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Nora Anthony, aka Nora K. Anthony, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Parcel No. 1:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: Campbell City Lot Number 4,538 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Lot No. 24 of Peter Julius Plat as recorded in Volume 22, Page 58, Mahoning County Records.

Said Campbell City Lot No. 4,538 has a frontage of forty (40) feet on the south line of Hyatt Avenue and extends back One Hundred Forty (140) feet and on its west line One Hundred Forty (140) feet, having a rear line of forty (40) feet as appears by said plat.

Parcel No. 2:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

Campbell City Lot No. 4,539 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City. Said Campbell City Lot No. 4539 has a frontage of forty (40) feet on the south line of Hyatt Avenue, extending back of even width a distance of One Hundred Forty (140) feet, having a rear line of forty (40) feet.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 46-017-0-425.00 and 46-017-0-424.00

PROPERTY LOCATION: 587 Hyatt Avenue, Campbell, OH 44405.

The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 12th day of April, 2007.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
