Wilburne S. Lester, whose last place of residence is unknown, as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 5th day of January, 2007, Everhome Mortgage Company, filed its Complaint in Case No. 07CV 47 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant Wilburne S. Lester have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, Coutny of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows, to wit:

And known as being Plat Lot Number 37 in the replat recorded in Volume 66, Page 16, Mahoning County Records of Plats.

Said Lot Number 37 has a frontage of 80 feet on the Southerly line of New Road and extends back therefrom a distance of 150 feet on its Westerly line, a distance of 155 feet on its Easterly line, which is also the westerly line of Woodland Trace and has a rear line of 80.16 feet as appears by said replat, subject to a 25 foot radius at the southwesterly corner of New Road and Woodland Trace Drive.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 4915 New Road, Youngstown, OH 44515.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 18th day of April, 2007.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
