Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Jean L. Keener, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Jean L. Keener, ADDRESSES UNKNOWN, will take notice that on the 29th day of November, 2006, Key Bank, National Association, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being Case Number 06CV 4587. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plainiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 23841 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, in Stambaugh Heights Plat No. 1, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 11 of Maps, Page 17 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 23841 has a frontage of 50 feet on the southerly side of Almyra Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 207.5 feet on the easterly line, 207.5 feet on the westerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 13th day of April, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
