DEFENDANTS.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouse, if any, of Donald G. Cooke, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 1st day of November, 2006, the Plaintiff, LPP Mortgage, LTD., filed its Amended Complaint in Case Number 06CV 1902 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property to wit:
Situated in the Village of Craig Beach, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Numbers One Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-nine (1629), One Thousand Six Hundred Thirty (1630) and One Thousand Six Hundred Thirty One (1631) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said Village, fka Lots 2007, 2008 and 2009 in Craig Beach Golf Lands Plat No. 7, as recorded in Volume 23 of Plats, Page 220, Mahoning County Records.
Said lots have a combined frontage of One Hundred Twenty (120) feet on the southwest line of Lynfield and extends back on their Northwest line One Hundred (100) feet and on their southeast line One Hundred (100) feet, having a combined rear line of One Hundred Twenty (120) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 17481 Lynfield Road, Lake Milton, OH 44429.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouse, if any, of Donald G. Cooke, are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 22nd day of March, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
