The Defendants, Raymond Price, aka Raymond N. Price and Monica Price, aka Monica E. Price, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 14th day of September, 2006, the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee, filed its Complaint in Case Number 06CV 3607, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the following real property:

Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being City Lot No. 633 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as Lot No. 76 as recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 35, Mahoning County Records. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the south line of Sexton Street and extends back on its east line 215.3 feet and on its west line 214.4 feet, having a rear line of 50 feet.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 62 Sexton Street, Struthers, OH 44471.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 2nd day of April, 2007.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
