Daniel Sullivan, whose last known address is unknown and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 29th day of April, 2005, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 05CV 1578 in said Court against William Deitsch, et al. praying for judgment of $47,729.75 with interest at the rate of 7.75% per annum from September 1, 2004 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 37367 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 19 of Plats, Page 55, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of 40 feet on the North line of Hilton Avenue and extends back on its East line 138.4 feet and on its West line 138.4 feet, having a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said Plat, subject to all legal highways.
Known for street numbering purposes as 136 Hilton Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44507

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 27th day of March, 2007, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
