The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and Their Spouses, if any, of Martha Washington, but whose current address(es) are unknown, will take notice that on September 11, 2006, the Plaintiff, Monument Street Funding, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No.: 06CV 3546, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at:

And bounded and described as follows, to wit: And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 60236 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City. Being the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and Their Spouses, if any, of Martha Washington, are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 13th day of March, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
