The Defendants, Romero Minor, dba Minor Ministries Worship Center, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, shall take notice that on the 1st day of December, 2006 a Complaint in Foreclosure was filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 4642, naming you as a Defendant. The prayer of the Complaint is for an Order declaring that the Plaintiff, Christ Gospel Church of Youngstown, Inc., is entitled to the foreclosure and cancellation of the Land Installment Contract dated July 30, 2004, and covering the following described premises:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot Numbers 16657, 17887 and 17888.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 20 South Maryland Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 22nd day of February, 2007.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
