Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Billy Jackson, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Billy Jackson whose last place of residence is known as 151 West Florida Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44507, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 16th day of November, 2006, U.S. Bank, NA, as trustee for the Benefit of the Registered Holders of Home Equity Asset Trust 2003-4, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-4, filed its Complaint in Case No. 06CV 4450 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Billy Jackson and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Billy Jackson have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being the easterly 12.5 feet of Youngstown City Lot No. 38552 and all of Youngstown City Lot No. 38553 and the westerly 25 feet of Youngstown City Lot No. 38554, forming a parcel of land having a frontage of 87.5 feet on the southerly side of Florida Avenue and a depth of 140 feet, be the same, more or less, but subject to legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 151 West Florida Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44507.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 14th day of February, 2007.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
