Young whose exact identity and address are unknown, shall take notice that on the 2nd day of September, 2005, American Tax Funding, LLC filed its Complaint for Foreclosure Case No. 05CV 3266 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 60494 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, and Lincoln Knolls Plat #4, a subdivision of a part of Original Coitsville Township Great Lot No. 14, as shown according to replat of said subdivision in Volume 47 of Plats, Page 23, Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 60494 has a frontage of 62 feet on the northwesterly side of Rutledge Drive, and extends back in parallel lines 159.19 feet on the northeasterly line, 159.19 feet on the southwesterly line and has a rear line of 62 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 16th day of January, 2007. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
