Craig, deceased, whose last known place of residence is unknown, and who cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 10th day of November, 2006, The Farmers National Bank, filed a Complaint as plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 06CV 4378, to foreclose its lien on the real estate known as:

Situated in the Township of Berlin, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as and being Lot No. 2 in E.L. Craig Plat No. 2, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 65 of Plats, Page 182, Mahoning County Records, and consisting of 2.52 acres, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 15th day of February, 2007.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
