Robert D. Garrett, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees and Melissa R. Garrett, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees, whose addresses are Unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 27th day of September, 2006, Household Realty Corporation, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 3775 against Robert D. Garrett and Melissa R. Garrett praying for judgment in the amount of $78,556.88 with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from September 21, 2006 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendants, Robert D. Garrett and Melissa R. Garrett are the owners of:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and as further described in Plaintiff's mortgage recorded on October 26, 2005 in Volume 5572, Page 1203 of the Mortgage Records of Mahoning County, Ohio.

and that Defendants, Robert D. Garrett, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees and Melissa R. Garrett, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Daily Legal News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Household Realty Corporation is entilted.
Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practice act is given.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 1st day of February, 2007.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
