The Defendants Samuel Naples and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Samuel Naples, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 17th day of January, 2006, the Plaintiff, LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Registered Holders of Structured Asset Securities Corporation, Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-2, filed its Complaint in Case Number 06CV 166 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 4031 Southern Boulevard, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants Samuel Naples and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Samuel Naples, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and in the State of Ohio:

Known as being Youngstown City Lot Thirty-three Thousand Forty-one (33041) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City of Replat of Easterly Fifty feet of Lots 33040, 33041 and 33042 as shown in Volume 10, Page 167 as recorded in Volume 26 of Plats, Page 30, Mahoning County Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 4031 Southern Boulevard, Youngstown, OH 44512.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 17th day of January, 2007.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
