Optimum Fund Realty, whose last known place of address is Unknown, will take notice that on the 8th day of September, 2006, LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Searns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2004-2, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 06CV 3518. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
