Leonard B. Spiegel, Unknown Spouse of Leonard B. Spiegel, William A. Weimer, and Unknown Spouse of William A. Weimer, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence shall take notice that on the 5th day of April, 2006, Plaintiff, JSJ Business Ventures, LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 06CV 1319 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property which is

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being City Lot No. 5116.

PROPERTY LOCATION: Forest Glen Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44505

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-218-0-224.00-0

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order transferring fee simple title to the property to Plaintiff, free and clear of all subordinate liens. Alternatively, the prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's lien(s). Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persrons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's lien(s) be found to be good and valid first lien(s) on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.

The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 27th day of December, 2006. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
