John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Merry Bird, whose last known place of residence was 12622 Memorial Highway, Tampa, FL 33635, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 21st day of April, 2006, Citibank NA, as Trustee, filed a Complaint against you in Case Number 06CV 1542 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market St., Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Merry Bird have of claim(s) to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And more specifically described as follows:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 24785 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, and as shown in Volume 13 of Maps, Page 59 of Mahoning County Records. Said Youngstown City Lot No. 24785 has a frontage of 45 feet on the Southerly side of Lucius Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 133.4 feet on the Easterly line, 133.4 feet on the Westerly line and has rear line of 45 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 37 West Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44507.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 20th day of December, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
