Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Susanne Elizabeth Travis, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Susanne Elizabeth Travis, all of whose addresses are unknown and Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Lesile J. Travis, Jr., aka Leslie J. Travis, Jr., and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Lesile J. Travis, Jr., aka Leslie J. Travis, Jr., all of whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on August 25, 2006, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for FFMLT Trust 2005-FF11, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FF11 filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 06CV 3318. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, as known as:
Being Youngstown City Lot No. 27144 according to the latest enumeration of Lot in said City, formerly Plat Lot No. 221 in the Campbell Land Company's Plat No. 2, Subdivsion of a part of Youngstown Township Great No. 44, as shown by the recorded Plat of said Subdivision in Volume 15 of Maps, page 50 of Mahoning County Records and being 50 feet front on the Southerly side of Douglass Avenue and extending back of equal width, 137.5 feet, as appears by said plat.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 30th day of November, 2006.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
