John Churilla, aka John Churella, whose last known address is unknown; Ruby G. Husk whose last known address is unknown; Ruby G. Husk, whose last known address is 4055 South Avenue, Box 117, Boardman, Ohio 44512; and John Doe, Spouse of Ruby G. Husk, if married (name unknown) whose last known address is 4055 South Avenue, Box 117, Boardman, Ohio 44512 and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 12th day of June, 2006, National City Bank filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 06CV 2229 in said Court against Ruby G. Husk, et al. praying for judgment of $20,817.65 with interest at the rate of 7.75% per annum from January 1, 2006 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot Number Twenty-four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-seven (24977) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 16 of Plats, Page 2, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of Forty-five (45) feet on the Southerly line of Emery Avenue and extends back on its Easterly line One Hundred Thirty-seven and Sixty-three Hundredths (137.63) feet, and on its Westerly line One Hundred Thirty-seven and Sixty-three Hundredths (137.63) feet, which is also the Easterly line of Birch Street, having a rear line of Forty-five (45) feet, as appears by said Plat.
Known for street numbering purposes as 435 Emery Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44507

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 28th day of November, 2006, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
