Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Douglas A. Ripple, deceased, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Douglas A. Ripple, deceased, all of whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 2nd day of August, 2006, CitiFinancial, Inc., filed its Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 06CV 2996. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 39977 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Sublot No. 565 in Brownlee Woods Plat No. 2 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 17 of Maps, Page 28 of Mahoning County Records and being 50 feet front on the Northerly side of Wakefield Avenue, formerly Elm Street, and extending back of equal width 150 feet as appears by said Plat.

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of November, 2006.
