DEFENDANTS.

The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of the Defendant, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained will take notice that on the 11th day of September, 2006, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 06CV 3527 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $36,040.18 upon a certain obligation signed by, deceased, with interest at the rate of 7.75% per annum from September 7, 2006 and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot Nos. 31893 and 31894, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, in Plat No. 2 of Highland Park, a Subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown City Out Lot No. 1197, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 17 of Maps, Page 86, of Mahoning County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 576 E. Florida Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502.

Said above named parties are Defendants in the above entitled action and are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of November, 2006.
