Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Bobby Schleuder (now deceased), and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Bobby Schleuder, all whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 11th day of May, 2006, Aurora Loan Services, LLC, filed its Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 1841. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Situated in the Township of Smith, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Numbered One Hundred Seventy-five (#175) and the East 20 feet of Lot Number One Hundred Seventy-four (#174) in Lake Park Allotment, as the same are marked, numbered and distinguished on the recorded plat of said Allotment as on file in the Office of the Mahoning County Recorder at Youngstown, Ohio, in Plat Book Volume 13, Page 55.

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this legal notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of November, 2006.
