The Defendants, Hoa Ho aka Hoa Thimy Ho and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Hoa Ho, aka Hoa Thimy Ho, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 29th day of September, 2005, the Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 3604 seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 4200 Hopkins Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant Hoa Ho aka Hoa Thimy Ho and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Hoa Ho, aka Hoa Thimy Ho, have or may an interest in this Real Estate.

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot No. 1 in the R and C Armstrong Plat No. 1, as recorded in Volume 92 of Plats, Page 211, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of 171.26 feet on the Westerly line of Hopkins Road and extends back on its Northerly line 516.56 feet, and on its Southerly line 488.29 feet, having a rear line of 168.90 feet, as appears by said Plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 4200 Hopkins Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

The Defendants Hoa Ho, aka Hoa Thimy Ho and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Hoa Ho, aka Hoa Thimy Ho, are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of November, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
