DEFENDANTS.

Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Reba A. Rogers, aka Reba Ann Rogers, whose last known place of residence is unknown, and whose present place of residence is also unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 2nd day of August, 2006, Beneficial Ohio, Inc., dba Beneficial Mortgage Company of Ohio, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 3001 on the docket of said Court, alleging that Defendants, Unknown Heirs at law, legatees, devisees, next of kin of Reba A. Rogers, aka Reba Ann Rogers has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being part of Youngstown City Lot No. 11681 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Robert McKinley, et al. Plat, subdivision of Youngstown City Out Lot No. 682, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 8 of Maps, Page 62 of Mahoning County Records and being bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the interesection of the Northerly line of Lot No. 11681 with the Easterly side of Jackson Street; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Lot No. 11681 a distance of 125 feet to a point distance Westerly 5 feet from the Northeasterly corner of Lot No. 11681; thence Southwesterly to a point on the Southerly line of Lot No. 11681 distance of 12.5 feet Westerly from the Southwesterly corner of Lot No. 11681; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of Lot No. 11681 a distance of 117.5 feet to the Easterly side of Jackson Street; thence Northerly along the Easterly side of Jackson Street a distance of 50 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 345 S. Jackson Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44506.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of Defendant, Reba A. Rogers in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.

The Petitioner prays that Defendant named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other further relief as is just and equitable.

DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE THE 14th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
