To all persons interested in the Estate of Sini D'Antonio, deceased, late, whose last known place of residences are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 28th day of July, 2006, Andrea Pozzuto, Administratrix of the Estate of Sini D'Antonio, deceased, filed a Complaint for Money and Mortgage Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 2950 on the docket of said Court, alleging that

Plaintiff demands judgment for the sum of $47,500.00, together with interest, plus all late charges, amounts advanced to escrow for taxes and insurance, and the costs of this action; that the Plaintiff be found and adjudged to have the first and best lien on the premises described as follows:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being YCL No. 8967 according to the latest enumeration of Youngstown City Lots and Outlots.

PARCEL NO. 2:

And known as being YCL No. 8962 according to the latest enumeration of lots in and for City of Youngstown.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 53-097-0-020.00 and 53-097-0-021.00

PROPERTY LOCATION: 3040 Martin Luther King Blvd., Youngstown, Ohio 44510.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of November, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
