The Defendants, Apryl L. Johnson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Apryl L. Johnson, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 9th day of June, 2006, GRP Loan, LLC, filed a Complaint in Case Number 06CV 2210, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 3217 Lenox Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, Apryl L. Johnson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Apryl L. Johnson, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The legal description of the Real Estate is:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as:

PARCEL NO. 1:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 25767, formerly SubLot No. 231 in Plat No. 3 of Powerstown, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 13 of Maps, Page 15 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 25767 has a frontage of 40 feet on the Easterly side of Lenox Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 100 feet on the Northerly line, 100 feet on the Southerly line and has a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PARCEL NO. 2:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 25768, formerly SubLot No. 232 in Plat No. 3 of Powerstown, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 13 of Maps, Page 15 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 25768 has a frontage of 40 feet on the Easterly side of Lenox Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 100 feet on the Northerly line, 100 feet on the Southerly line and has a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PARCEL NO. 3:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 25769, formerly SubLot No. 233 in Plat No. 3 of Powerstown, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 13 of Maps, Page 15 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 25769 has a frontage of 40 feet on the Easterly side of Lenox Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 100 feet on the Northerly line, 100 feet on the Southerly line and has a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 3217 Lenox Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 8th day of November, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
