The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of Earle M. Pfund, and the Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of and Katherine E. Pfund, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 6th day of June, 2006, JP Morgan Chase Bank, as trustee on behalf of the registered ceritificate holders of GSAMP Trust 2004-SEA2, mortgage pass-through certificates, Series 2004-SEA2, filed a Complaint in Case Number 06CV 2147, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 240 Parkgate Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of Earle M. Pfund, and the Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns amd the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of and Katherine E. Pfund, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The legal description of the Real Estate is as follows:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being the Northerly 14 feet of Plat Lot No. 154 and all of Plat No. 155 in Replat of Parkgate Subdivision of Wickcliffe as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 22 of Maps, Page 140 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Northerly 14 feet of Plat Lot No. 154 and all of Plat Lot No. 155 have a combined frontage of 54 feet on the Westerly side of Parkgate Avenue and extends back therefrom a distance of 140 feet on the Northerly line, a distance of 140 feet on the Southerly line, and has a rear line of 54 feet, as appears by said Plat.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 240 Parkgate Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515.

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of Earle M. Pfund, and the Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of and Katherine E. Pfund are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 8th day of November, 2006. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of Earle M. Pfund, and the Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns and the Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs and their Spouses, if any, of and Katherine E. Pfund fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
