Optimum Fund, whose last place of business is known as: 3737 South Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502-2514, but whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 3rd day of April, 2006, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2000-B asset-backed certificates, Series 2000-B, filed its Complaint in Case No. 06CV 1279 and on the 18th day of April, 2006 its Amended Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, Optimum Fund, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
Known as being Lot No. 54002 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, replat City Lots 54002 and 54003 as recorded in Volume 78 of Plats, Page 32, Mahoning County Records.
Known for street numbering purposes as 3737 South Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner‘s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. THE DEFENDANT(S) NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 2nd DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2006.
