Jonathan D. Brown whose last known address is 91 Courtland Avenue, Campbell, Ohio 44405 and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 19th day of June, 2006, National City Mortgage Company filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 06CV 2315 in said Court against Jonathan D. Brown, et al. praying for judgment of $33,352.72 with interest at the rate of 6.5% per annum from January 1, 2006 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Known as being Lot No. 3905 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 21 of Plats, Page 31, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of 40 feet on the Easterly line of Courtland Avenue and extends back on its Northerly line 153.65 feet, on its Southerly line 153.65 feet, having a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said Plat.
Known for street numbering purposes as 91 Courtland Avenue, Campbell, Ohio 44405

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 26th day of October, 2006, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
