Auburndale Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 29th day of June, 2006, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as custodian or trustee, fka Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., filed its Complaint in Case No. 06CV 2464 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant Bryant D. Mitchell has or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And being described in a deed dated 07//27/99 and recorded 7/28/99. Among the land records of the County and State set forth above, and referenced as follows:

The following described premises, situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 28674 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 93, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of 40 feet on the South line of Auburndale Avenue, formerly Celarmount Avenue, extends back on its East line 150 feet, having a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said Plat.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of October, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
