The Defendant, Charles Crites, but whose current address is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 11th day of April, 2006, the Plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for the registered holders of GSAMP Trust 2006-SD1, Mortgage pass-through certificates, Series 2006-SD1, filed its Complaint in Case Number 06CV 1384 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 116 Silliman Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee for the registered holders of GSAMP Trust 2006-SD1, Mortgage pass-through certificates, Series 2006-SD1, have or may have an interst in this Real Estate. The legal description of the Real Estate is as follows:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as Youngstown City Lot No. 6789, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City (fka Lot No. 17) in Map of Williamston, Ohio a subdivision on a part of Original Youngstown Township Great Lot Number 16 as shown by the recorded Plat of said Subdivision in Volume 2 of Maps, Page 73 of Mahoning County Records.
Note: The title guaranty coverage under this Preliminary Judicial Report does not extend to the property address as the titel examination which underwrites the coverage only cover to the legal description of the real property.

The Defendant, Charles Crites, is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of October, 2006. In the event that the Defendant, Charles Crites, fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
