HERMAN, whose last known place of residence is 27 Lauderdale, Youngstown, Ohio, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 14th day of October, 2005, Laura J. Epp, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 3829 on the docket of said Court, alleging that

On October 14, 2003, in Columbiana, Ohio, Brent L. Herman negligently drove a motor vehicle into Plaintiff, Laura Epp, causing personal injuries. Plaintiff is demanding damages in excess of $25,000.00.

Brent L. Herman is required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 10th day of October, 2006.
