TO THE DEFENDANTS, Lance A. Bankhead, Sophia L. Coffer, Roslyn A. Bankhead and Marvin T. Bankhead, and the wives and husbands and former wives and husbands of the persons aforesaid, if any, whose names are unknown to the Plaintiff and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, trustees, successors in title, widows, widowers, executors, administrators, receivers, creditors and assignees of the aforesaid persons who are believed and averred to be deceased, defunct or dissolved, whose present residence addresses are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained:

Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants in the above named Court by filing its Complaint on the 17th day of July, 2006, Sky Bank, successor by merger to Mahoning National Bank, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 2712.

The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under certain mortgages against the following described real estate:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being City Lot No. 24934 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Sub Lot No. 20 in Annie Hill Plat No. 2 a Subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 27 as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 15 of Maps, Page 49, of Mahoning County Records.

Said City Lot No. 24934 has a frontage of 50 feet on the Southerly side of Hilton Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 138.3 feet on the Easterly line, 138.3 feet on the Westerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 39 Hilton Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507.

and for judgment upon Promissory Note executed to Plaintiff, Sky Bank, successor by merger to Mahoning National Bank, by Irene Bankhead.

The relief demanded is in rem judgment against the Defendants, Lance A. Bankhead, Sophia L. Coffer, Roslyn A. Bankhead and Marvin T. Bankhead, and the wives and husbands and former wives and husbands of the persons aforesaid, if any, whose names are unknown to the Plaintiff and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, trustees, successors in title, widows, widowers, executors, administrators, receivers, creditors, and assignees of the aforesaid persons who are believed and averred to be deceased, defunct or dissolved, in the amount of $20,547.82, along with interest at the rate of 8.00% per annum from the 1st day of December, 2005, until paid, and for court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of Plaintiff's claim; further that Defendants, Lance A. Bankhead, Sophia L. Coffer, Roslyn A. Bankhead and Marvin T. Bankhead, and the wives and husbands and former wives and husbands of the persons aforesaid, if any, whose names are unknown to the Plaintiff and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, trustees, successors in title, widows, widowers, executors, administrators, receivers, creditors, and assignees of the aforesaid persons who are believed and averred to be deceased, defunct or dissolved, be required to answer setting forth their claim or interest in the subject real estate, if any, or forever be barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 28th day of September, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
