The Defendant, MICHAEL SCHENK, but whose current address is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 31st day of March, 2005, Option One Mortgage Corporation, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 1165, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 5631 Radcliffe Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant Michael Schenk, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The legal description of the Real Estate is:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot No. 238 in Replat Lots 187, 188, 189, College Park Plat No. 2 as recorded in Volume 50 of Plats, Page 11, Mahoning County Records.

The Defendant Michael Schenk is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 28th day of September, 2006. In the event that the Defendant Michael Schenk fails to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
