TO: JOHNNIE STEVENSON, whose last known residence was 2931 Idlewood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, but whose present residence is unknown, and the unknown spouse of Johnnie Stevenson, if any, and the unknown heirs, next of kin, and/or guardians of Johnnie Stevenson, if any, Defendants in the above matter, will hereby take notice that on the 30th day of June, 2006, Habitat for Humanity of Mahoning County, Inc., filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 2489 on the docket of said Court, seeking to quiet title to 1159 Berwick Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505 and more fully described as follows:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 53161 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Bertram Zusman's Replat, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 43, Page 68 of Mahoning County Records.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1159 Berwick Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of September, 2006.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
