GRIFFITHS AND THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, CREDITORS, EXECUTORS, EXECUTRICES, ADMINISTRATORS, HEIRS AT LAW, NEXT OF KIN, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, AND/OR ASSIGNS, AND THEIR SPOUSES, CREDITORS, EXECUTORS, EXECUTRICES, ADMINISTRATORS, HEIRS AT LAW, NEXT OF KIN, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, AND/OR ASSIGNS, IF ANY, OF ACTUAL NAME UNKNOWN, PRESENT SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF ANNA L. GRIFFITHS, (HEREINAFTER COLLECTIVELY "THE UNKNOWNS"), whose last known place of residence was 2650 San Pedro Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will hereby take notice that on the 20th day of April, 2006, Charter One Bank, F.S.B., nka Charter One Bank, N.A., filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 1524 on the docket of said Court.
The object of the Complaint is to foreclose the equity of redemption under a mortgage against the following described real estate:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Fifty-eight Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-seven (58827) in Plat No. 2 Sunset Knolls, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 36 of Plats, Page 255, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of Sixty-five and Three Hundredths (65.03) feet on the Northerly line of San Pedro Drive, and extends back One Hundred Fifty (150) feet on the Easterly line, One Hundred Fifty (150) feet on the Westerly line, and has a rear line of Sixty-five (65) feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 2650 San Pedro Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.
And for a judgment upon a promissory note executed to Charter One Bank, F.S.B., nka Charter One Bank, N.A. by Anna L. Griffiths, then and as an unmarried person and Edward C. Lier and Elizabeth A. Lier as husband and wife.
The relief demanded is a judgment against the defendant, Elizabeth Lier, aka Elizabeth A. Lier, in the amount of Twenty-nine Thousand Thirty-five and 84/100 Dollars ($29,035.84) with interest thereon at the rate of 7.75% per annum from October 1, 2005, until paid; judgment for title costs, costs for protecting the real estate and for court costs; that said mortgage may be foreclosed and the said real estate described herein, be sold at Sheriff's Sale and the proceeds of said sale applied for payment of plaintiff's claim; further that defendants Actual Name Unknown #1, Present Spouse, if any, of Elizabeth Lier, aka Elizabeth A. Lier, Capital One Bank, William R. Griffiths, Actual Name Unknown #2 Present Spouse, if any, of William R. Griffiths, James Thomas Griffiths and Actual Name Unknown #3, Present Spouse, if any, of James Thomas Griffiths, and the Unknowns, be required to answer setting forth their claim or interest in the subject real estate, if any, or forever be barred from claiming or asserting same; and for such other and further relief to which plaintiff may be entitled.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 30th day of August, 2006.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
