TO CALVIN ROBY AND ACTION RENTALS, THE DEFENDANTS, WHOSE ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN:

Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendant on the 29th day of March, 2006, Sky Bank, NA, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 1214.

The object of the Plaintiff's Complaint is relief pursuant to Promissory Notes and foreclosure of various mortgages. The real property at issue are as follows:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being parts of Youngstown City Lots Nos. Thirty-five Thousand Four Hundred Three (35403) and Thirty-five Thousand Four Hundred Four (35404), according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, in Cochran Park East Subdivision, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 19, Pages 24 and 25, and Volume 19, Page 95 of Mahoning County Records, and together forming a parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the North line of Lucius Avenue, a tangent line, with the West tangent line of Lucius Avenue, where the same curves Northerly, said point also being Southeasterly corner of City Lot No. 35403 as platted in Cochran Park, East subdivision and recorded in Volume 19 at Pages 24 and 25 of Mahoning County Records of Plats; thence N. 2¼ 33' E. along the Northerly branch of Lucius Avenue, a tangent distance of Sixty (60) feet to the Northeasterly corner of Lot No. 32503; thence N. 24¼ 45" E along the Westerly line of Lucius Avenue, a cord distance of Twenty-three (23) feet to an iron pin; thence N. 75¼ 04" W. a distance of Eighty-nine (89) and 72/100 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 2¼ 46' W. a distance of One Hundred and Two Tenths (100.2) feet to an iron pin set on the Northerly line of Lucius Avenue; thence S 87¼ 14" E a distance of Seventy-nine and Four Tenths (79.4) feet to the place of beginning.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 518 E. Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507;

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being all of Youngstown City Lot No. 28684, on the City Plat of Youngstown as the same is now numbered. Said Lot has a frontage of 40 feet on the South line of Ravenwood Avenue and extends back therefrom between parallel lines in a Southerly direction a distance of 150 feet. Said Lot is recorded in Mahoning County Records of Plats Volume 15, Page 83, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways;

PROPERTY LOCATION: 25 E. Ravenwood, Youngstown, Ohio 44507;

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 34820, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 19 of Plats, Page 17, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of 45 feet on the North line of Judson Avenue formerly known as Park Drive, and extends back on its West line 136.9 feet, and on its East line 136.9 feet, having a rear line of 45 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 116-118 E. Judson Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507.

Your last known address was 6368 Gibson Road, Canfield, Ohio 44406.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 28th day of September, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
