CityScape Corp., whose last place of residence is 565 Taxter Road, Elmsford, NY 10523, but whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 9th day of May, 2006, Fifth Third Mortgage Company, filed its Complaint in Case No. 06CV 1806 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant CityScape Corp. has or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot Number Thirty-nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-seven (39557) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 86, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the Southerly line of Everett Avenue and extends back on its Easterly line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1923 Everett Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44501.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 17th day of August, 2006.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
