Robert S. Guterwill, whose last known address is 3916 Nassau Court, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, will take notice that on the 4th day of April, 2006, U.S. Bank, N.A., fka Firstar Bank, N.A., c/o U.S. Bank Home Mortgage filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 06CV 1287 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 3916 Nassau Court, Youngstown, Ohio 44511 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 4310, Page 271, of this County Recorder's Office.
