Barbara L. Traylor, whose last known address was 2271 Jester Lane, Columbus, Ohio 43231-3007, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 3rd day of October, 2005, the Plaintiff, MAP/MAC, LLC, filed its petition against her in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, the same being Case Number 05CV 3632 in said Court, alleging that there is due the Plaintiff the sum $32,704.15 with interest at 12.49% per annum from November 1, 2001 plus any sums advanced on a note secured by a mortgage deed of even date conveying the following described property, to-wit:

The following described piece or parcel of land, situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 60522 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-245-0-067.00-0

PROPERTY LOCATION: 246 Lilburne Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44505.

The Complaint further alleges that by reason of the default of the Defendant obligor in the payment of said note according to its tenor, the conditions of said mortgage deed have been broken and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate, or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said Mortgage, marshalling of liens and sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

Said party is required to answer within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 25th day of July, 2006.
