Patricia Guyette, Unknown Spouse of Patricia Guyette, Larry Guyette, Unknown Spouse of Larry Guyette, Georgia Guyette, aka Georgia Foster, and Unknown Spouse of Georgia Guyette, aka Georgia Foster, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence shall take notice that on the 4th day of April, 2006, Plaintiff, JSJ Business Ventures, LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 06CV 1295 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the real property located at:

Known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 51178 according to the present numbering of lots in said City, formerly known as being Sub Lot 88 in Forest Glenn Plat No. 4 as re-recorded in Volume 13 at Page 89, Mahoning County Records of Plats.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-218-0-018.00

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order transferring fee simple title to the properties to Plaintiff, free and clear of all subordinate liens. Alternatively, the prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the properties be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary, that any and all persons claiming an interest in the properties be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the properties, and that the equity of redemption of the properties be foreclosed.

Said Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 22nd day of June, 2006. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
