Margaret Linton, Unknown Spouse of Margaret Linton, Gary Linton, and Unknown Spouse of Gary Linton, whose last known address is 601 Arlington Street, Youngstown, OH 44502 shall take notice that on the 30th day of August, 2005, Plaintiff, American Tax Funding, LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 05CV 3205 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the real property located at:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 3151, as lots are now numbered, and being the same property deeded to the City of Youngstown by John Heffernan and Rose A. Heffernan as shown by Mahoning County Deed Records, Volume 65, Page 348.

The prayer of the Complaint is for a judgment foreclosing the tax liens against the real estate, ordering the sale of the real estate to satisfy those tax liens, requiring all persons with an interest in the property to file an answer setting forth the nature of their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, and foreclosing the equity of redemption in the property.
Said Defendants are required to file an answer to the complaint in the office of the clerk of the court, and serve a copy of the answer on Plaintiff's attorney, within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 22nd day of June, 2006. If no answer is timely filed, a judgment of foreclosure will be taken by default and the property will be sold to satisfy the taxes, assessments, charges, penalties, interest, and the costs incurred as a result of the proceeding.
