Unknown heirs and their spouses, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Willis Williams, Sr. and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Willis Williams, Sr., all of whose addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 28th day of February, 2006, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, as trustee for certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities, Inc. asset backed certificates, Series 2003-1, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 06CV 797. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

Situated in City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot Nos. 52279, 52280, 52281 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city in Gray Homestead Plat, a subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown City as shown by recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 21 of Maps, Page 59 Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot Numbers 52279, 52280 and 52281 are further described as:

Beginning at the intersection of the Southwest line of Liberty Road with the South line of Katurah Avenue; thence Southeast along Southwest line of Liberty Road 106.53 feet to North line of Lot 52278 in said Plat, thence in a Southwesterly direction along North line of Lot 52278 60 feet to a point; thence West along North line of Lot 52278 and Lot 52282 109.82 feet to East line of Out Lot 1574; thence North 3 degrees 0' East along East line of said Out Lot 1574, 121.8 feet to South line of Katurah Avenue; thence East along South line of Katurah Avenue 116.3 feet to place of beginning.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1324 Liberty, Youngstown, Ohio 44505.

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 30th day of June, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
