Beverly, Youngstown, Ohio 44515; Patsy A. Galterio whose last known address is 286 N. Beverly, Youngstown, Ohio 44515 and Jane Doe, Spouse of Patsy A. Galterio, If Married (Name Unknown) whose last known address is 286 N. Beverly, Youngstown, Ohio 44515 and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 21st day of February, 2006, HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 2006CV 667 in said Court against Charlotte A. Galterio, et al. praying for judgment of $53,834.15 with interest at the rate of 9.1% per annum from October 1, 2005 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
Known as being Sub-lot 1706 of the Austinbrook Acres Plat, Subdivision of a part of Austintown Township Great Lot Number 8 and a replat of Lot Numbers 1581, et al., as shown by the recorded plat of said replat in Volume 33, Page 58 of Mahoning County Records and being 50 feet front on the Westerly side of North Beverly Avenue and extending back of equal width a distance of 140 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 13th day of June, 2006, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
