BERKLEY RENTALS, INC., ET AL.,

DEFENDANTS.

The Defendant, Berkley Rentals, Inc., whose last known address is 816 Dean Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505, otherwise whose address is unknown, and Defendant, Firstar Bank Milwaukee NA, whose last known address is 2600 N. Mayfair Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53226, otherwise whose address is unknown, and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 11th day of January, 2006, the Plaintiff, JOHN B. REARDON, Treasurer of Mahoning County, Ohio, filed his Second Amended Complaint in Foreclosure naming them, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, the same being Case No. 05CV 751 in said Court, for the sale of real estate to pay delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and costs. The real estate which is the subject of the within action is more fully described in the Plaintiff‘s Complaint and known as:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-206-0-260.00-0

PROPERTY LOCATION: 816 Dean Avenue, YCL No. 53401 and 53400.

The prayer of the Second Amended Complaint is for authority to sell the real estate for payment of delinquent real estate taxes, penalties, interest, charges and costs, at public auction for cash only and such other relief as the Court may deem necessary in the premises.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same, that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 23rd day of May, 2006.
