Realty Investment, Incorporated, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence shall take notice that on the 4th day of April, 2006, Plaintiff, JSJ Business Ventures, LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 06CV 1296 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcels of real property:

Situated in the Township of Milton, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, to-wit:

Known as being the following described sub-lots located in the Lakeshore Allotments as shown on the plats, thereof recorded in Volume 21, Pages 55 and 56 of Mahoning County Records of Plats;

Group 12; Lots No. 264, 265, 266, 267, 268, 269, 270, 271, 272, 273, 274, 275.

PROPERTY LOCATIONS: Pleasant View and Buena Vista, Lake Milton, Ohio 44429

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 51-062-0-038.00-0, 51-062-0-039.00-0, 51-062-0-040.00-0, 51-062-0-041.00-0, 51-062-0-042.00-0, 51-062-0-043.00-0, 51-062-0-044.00-0, 51-062-0-045.00-0, 51-062-0-046.00-0, 51-062-0-047.00-0, 51-062-0-048.00-0, and 51-062-0-049.00-0.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order transferring fee simple title to the properties to Plaintiff, free and clear of all subordinate liens. Alternatively, the prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the properties be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary, that any and all persons claiming an interest in the properties be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the properties, and that equity of redemption of the properties be foreclosed.

The above-named Defendant is required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of May, 2006. If said Defendant fails to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
