Lori Lomax, whose last known place of residence was 3120 Shirley Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44502 and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Lori Lomax, whose last known address is 3120 Shirley Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, will take notice that on the 28th day of July, 2005, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as trustee on behalf of the holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-FFH4 asset-backed certificates, Series 2004-FFH4, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 2736 on the docket of said Court, alleging that
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 32888 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in a Subdivision of part of Out Lot No. 1276, et al, a Subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 39, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 17 of Maps, Page 91, Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 32888 is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly side of Goleta Avenue and the Northerly side of Tod Lane if extended Easterly and the Westerly line of Youngstown City Lot No. 32889; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Youngstown City Lot No. 32889 a distance of 200 feet to the intersection thereof with the Southerly line of Youngstown City Lot No. 32887; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Youngstown City Lot No. 32887 a distance of 70 feet to the intersection thereof with the Easterly line of Youngstown City Lot No. 31565 of the H.K. Wick Estate Subdivision of Out Lots 1273 etc.; thence Southerly along the Easterly side of Youngstown City Lot No. 31565 a distance of 200 feet to the intersection thereof with the Northerly side of Tod Lane; thence Easterly along the Northerly side of Tod Lane, a distance of 70 fee to the intersection thereof with the Wetserly line of Youngstown City Lot No. 32889 the place of beginning, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
