Frank Jones, whose last known address is 10118 Beloit Snodes Road, Beloit, Ohio 44609 and Unknown Spouse (if any) of Frank Jones, whose last known address is 10118 Beloit Snodes Road, Beloit, Ohio 44609, will take notice that on the 15th day of December, 2005, M and T Mortgage Corporation, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 05CV 4597. The object of, and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:

Situated in the Township of Smith, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

Being known as part of the H.S. Stanley tract of land situated in Section No. 11 in the above named township and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of the Beloit-Snodes Road, said point being the intersection of the line dividing Section No. 2 from Section No. 11 with the center line of the said Beloit-Snodes Road; thence South 5 degrees West along the center of the said Beloit-Snodes Road a distance of 190 feet to a point; thence North 85 deg. 1' West and passing through an iron pin set 25 feet from the center of said road a distance of 683 feet to an iron pin; thence North 5 deg. East a distance of 190 feet to an iron pin on said Section line between Section No. 2 and Section No. 11; thence South 85 deg. 1' East along said Section line and passing through an iron pin set 25 feet from the center of the said Beloit-Snodes Road a distance of 683 feet to the place of beginning and containing within the above described boundaries 2.979 acres of land.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 10118 Beloit Snodes Road, Beloit, Ohio 44609.

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 9th day of June, 2006.
