Shawn Razo whose last known address is 3274 Sheridan Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44502; Jane Doe, Spouse of Shawn Razo, If Married (Name Unknown) whose last known address is 3274 Sheridan Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44502 and Jane Doe, Spouse of Joseph A. Campbell, If Married On or About 5/12/98 (Name Unknown) whose last known address is unknown and whose residence is unknown, and if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 27th day of February, 2006, HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 06CV 773 in said Court against Shawn Razo, et al praying for judgment of $56,230.11 with interest at the rate of 11.375% per annum from October 5, 2005 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
PARCEL NO. 1:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 25729 and the Northerly part of 25730 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Lot No. 193, and the Northerly part of Lot No. 194 in Powerstown Plat No. 3, a Subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 44, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 13 of Plats, Page 15 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 25729 and Northerly part of Lot No. 25730 together form a parcel of land having a frontage of 60 feet on the Westerly side of Sheridan Road and extending back between parallel lines 125 feet on the Northerly line, 125 feet on the Southerly line and having a rear line of 60 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
THE ABOVE DESCRIBED IS NOW KNOWN AS LOT NO. 25729.
PARCEL NO. 2:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being the Northerly portion of Youngstown City Lot No. 25731 as found recorded in Mahoning County Records of Plats Volume 56 at Page 205 and is further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found on the Westerly right of way line of Sheridan Road, said point being the Southeasterly corner of Y.C.L. No. 25729 as found recorded in Mahoning County Record of Plat Volume 56 at Page 205; Thence South 07¼ 51' 00" West along said Sheridan Road a distance of 4.54 feet to the point of curvature of said Road; Thence along a curve to the left continuing along said Road having a radius of 389.80 feet, a central angle of 003¼ 00' 32'', an arc length of 20.47 feet and a chord which bears South 06¼ 20' 44" West to an iron pin on said curve; Thence North 86¼ 42' 15" West through said Y.C.L. No. 25371 a distance of 125.93 feet to an iron pin set on the Westerly line of said Lot; Thence North 07¼ 51' 00" East a distance of 35.00 feet to an iron pin found at the Southwesterly corner of said Y.C.L. No. 25729; Thence South 82¼ 09' 00" East a distance of 125.00 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 3760.101 square feet or .0863 acres of land, more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Known for street numbering purposes as 3274 Sheridan Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44502

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendant to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 9th day of June, 2006, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
