To the Defendant, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any of Ida L. Gavini (referred to "Defendant Unknown Spouse"), whose present whereabouts are unknown and cannot, with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 17th day of October, 2005. Sky Bank, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure ("Complaint") in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, where the same is now pending in Case No. 05CV 3846.

The object and relief demanded of the Complaint is foreclosure of an open-end mortgage against the real estate owned by Ida L. Gavini, in which the said Defendant may claim an interest in and to, which is more fully described as follows:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 26940 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Sublot No. 15 in the Campbell Allotment Company Plat No. 1 a subdivision of a part of original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 44 as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 13 of Maps, Page 43 Mahoning County Recorders Office. Said Youngstown City Lot No. 26940 has a frontage of 50 feet on the Easterly side of Shady Run Road and extends back between parallel lines a distance of 140 feet on the Northerly line, 140 feet on the Southerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said Plat be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks, said answer day being the 9th day of June, 2006, or you may be denied a hearing in this case.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
