DEFENDANTS.

TO: Unknown Administrator/ Executor/ Executrix/ Spouse/ Heirs/ Devisees/ Legatees/ Successors/ Next of Kin of David E. Grissinger, Deceased, whose addresses are unknown.

You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled "CitiFinancial, Inc., vs. Unknown Administrator/Executor/Executrix of the Estate of David E. Grissinger, et al." This case has been assigned Case No. 2006 CV 1034 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio.

The object of the complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against real property located at 17692 Laurel, Lake Milton, Ohio 44429 and the prayer is to foreclose on all interest owned by you and for costs. The real estates in question are also legally described as:

Situated in the Village of Craig Beach, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, known as being a part of Great Lot No. Ten (10) in the North survey of said Township, and more particularly described as being Lot No. Two Hundred Ninety (290) in a certain plat of lands, known as the Craig Landing Plat Number One (1), as executed by: William M. McCartney, et al, on the 17th day of June 1920, and recorded in Volume 19, Page 61, of Mahoning County Plat Records, together with all improvements appartenances thereunto belonging.

Said Lot is now more recently known as Lot Number Five Hundred Eighty Four (584), of Craig Beach Village in said Township as made and numbered by Albert R. Maenny, Civil Engineer in September, 1921. Said Lot according to such plats has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the North side of Laurel Avenue in said Village, and extends back therefrom Northward between parallel lines an equal distance of One Hundred Twenty (120) feet.

This being the same property conveyed to David E. Grissinger and Audrey J. Grissinger (fka Audrey J. Dunton), husband and wife, by Edward Salub and Lana Salub, husband and wife, in deed book O.R. 407, Page 128, executed 07/20/1987 and recorded 03/22/1988, Mahoning County Records, State of Ohio.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 7th day of June, 2006.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
